"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am Dr.Osagie Okunbor, the present Chairman and contract award head for shell petroleum with Offshore branch Uk, I am contacting you in respect to a business relationship for a transfer of over invoice amount of Euro17.5MILLION.
This fund is an over invoice from the contract did by most foreign contractor through my office in the year 2016, all contractor has been paid left with the above over invoice sum, which is in the treasury account awaiting transfer to the beneficiary contractor, with my position with shell petroleum , I am not allowed to have such fund in my custody due to the civil servant code. Email me ... dr.osagieokunbor@gmail.com

My intention to contact you is for you to stand as the beneficiary contractor for easier process and transfer of this fund into your bank account out of my country, this is very confidential and upon your response we shall discuss more on each parties %, every arrangement for successful transfer of this fund has been put in place.
