"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Urgent From Hospital

Good day.

My name are Mrs, Michelle Daniel, I would like to seek your help in the fulfilment of my will. I'm from the Kingdom of Bahrain, 68 years old woman suffering from endometrial cancer and I live in Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire). My illness has gotten out of control and last month the medical examination proofs that I will not live more than two months because of the damage the disease has caused in my body. I have been admitted to the hospital in the last two months and no improvement.

Moreover, I was a childless woman and my husband died 5 years ago. Please I want you to help me create a charity project with this money (US$ 2.500.000. 00) I inherited from my late husband Mr. Andrew C. Daniel, as I have no child to take over my will. It is my heart desire to make a generous donation to you to help me work for a charity project of your choice. upon your acceptance please reply me.

Thanks

your sister
Mrs, Michelle Daniel
