"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Kind greetings from Aso Rock Villa, Abuja, Nigeria, the Office of the President, His Excellency, Gen. Muhammadu BuharI GCFR.

As I was going through the contract files I met in the office, I saw your name, on Contract Reference Number: FGN/VP/FCT/PMT/9.8M

When I checked all the documents attached in your file, I was shocked that the former Central Bank Governor did not make any payment to you after the funds was approved and allocated for payment to your account.

I have directed the new Central Bank Governor to effect your payment into your account not later than, 5th of February, so that you will enjoy the fruit of your Labor.

This Administration is totally sorry for the wrong attitude of passed government officials and other people that delayed your approved payment in getting to you and I have ordered the new Central Bank Governor, Mr. Godwin Emefiele to release your payment from now to Thursday, 22nd of August 2017.

However, you are advised to contact Dr.Mrs. Helen Adebishi Senior Special Adviser to His Excellency on Foreign Payment/NNPC Contract/inheritance matters, Cell Phone: +234-80-95906860 E-mail: iinfo@presidency.com for the final clearance/regularization of your payment to enable the funds confirm into your account without further delay.
