"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello,

I am Roland Chester, Senior Vice President at ProctorOil Petroleum Company and CEO of Roland Chester Architects. I've recently concluded an over-invoiced contract awarded to my company (Roland Chester Architects) in Partner with Lin Chen Construction by the ProctorOil Petroleum Company and payment has been approved. Engineer Ruben Lin Chen, Chief Executive of Lin Chen Construction from the Peoples Republic of China recently passed away due to natural causes.

The unfortunate death of Mr. Chen has put my entire contract payment to a halt, due to the fact that the over-invoiced amount of $18 Million was paid in favor of Both Parties (Roland Chester Architects & Lin Chen Construction) into a joint Trust Account registered to both companies as authorized signatories. This makes it impossible for me to receive payment until an authorized representative from Lin Chen Construction countersigns the payment release documents. Unfortunately, Lin Chen Construction is privately owned by the Late Engineer Ruben Lin Chen which makes it impossible to secure a countersign signature from Lin Chen Construction.

I am now looking for a reliable person to present to ProctorOil Petroleum Company as partner with Late Mr. Ruben Lin Chen to secure the outstanding payment. I have legal documents in my possession to put you in an absolute position as beneficiary to the outstanding payment.

I am willing to part with $1Million as commission to you for your assistance.

Note that there will be 'NO' financial commitment required from you. It is important that there are no third parties involved as my reputation is at stake. All you'll be required to do is set up an account to receive the payment.

I would be eternally grateful for your corporation in this matter.

Kindly indicate your interest by replying to my personal email rol.chester@outlook.com

Sincerely,
Roland Chester
