"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Dear friend,

Dear friend,

I am pleased to inform you of my success in transferring these funds with the cooperation of a new partner. I am currently in Vietnam for investment projects with my own share of the total amount. In the meantime, I have not forgotten your past efforts and tried to help me transfer these funds despite the delay.

I am very happy to inform you that I left a prepaid debit card (ATM) in your name that contains USD $10.5 000.000

I deposited the ATM card with Global Express Courier Service to deliver to you on my departure to Vietnam. I have also paid for the delivery fees, except the Security Keeping fee. I would have paid, but they refused because they do not know when you will contact them and in case of demurage. For this reason, Global Express Courier normally requires a Security Keeping fee at the time of delivery.

Therefore, you are required to contact Global Express Courier Service with your name and postal address to facilitate delivery of the ATM card to your address. Contact person:david mark, e-mail:davdjohn10009@gmail.com

In the meantime, I will not be checking my email regularly because of the investment projects that I and the new partner have at hand. Therefore, I would like you to contact Global Express Courier Service, and please try to cooperate with them.

Good luck,
DAVID MARK
