"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Mutual Business Benefit

I'm Derrick Blake by name and I'm from California, USA. A contractor by profession. On the 20th of June, I was carrying out a major job at the storage vault at Tampa International Airport, Tampa- Florida, USA. In my course of duty, I discovered a package that contains funds in it which no one has an idea of the existence of such package.

With the help of a diplomat, I was able to move the package to a secured place oversea for safe keeping. This package has been there till date as I have no one I can trust to claim the package as the beneficiary of the package.

The content of the package is worth $7.5M USD. I'm willingly to offer you 40% for your interest as soon as you claim the package in your name. I have all the Consignment Deposit Information that you need to complete the claim.

So, as soon as you indicate your interest in this, I shall proceed to give you further details to that effect.

Regards
Derrick Blake
