"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

URGENT ATTENTION / IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION

We write to inform you that after the directors meeting yesterday, we have
resolved to release your fund with the service of the state bullion van direct
to your doorstep as the government will not stop nor verify the bullion van on
its way to make the delivery to your destination.

Despite our initial "hold" on the fund delivery which is above the stipulated
volume of cash allowed to convene per individual ($1,750,000.00), we deem it
proper to release your fund unconditional and also give you every back up on
the money since we have scanned and ascertain that the bills are genuine and
not fake notes; The shipment documents and clearance papers we retrieved from
your delivery agents have been confirmed authentic.

Therefore, we advise you to get back to us for delivery schedule.

We look forward to your timely response.

Yours
