"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello

My name is Kelvin, a Trader, Investment Manager, General Businessman and a real estate company owner in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. I contact you in respect of establishing a business relationship with you. I'm contacting you regarding a lucrative opportunity here which I'm ready to give further details if only you indicate interest.

Have you been seeking loan for extremely wide variety of projects including real estate, amusement parks, eco and green projects, golf courses, hotels and hotel resorts, manufacturing, residential housing, tourism and tourist projects, without luck? Or required to pay upfront fees and charges? My proposal is more of a mutual partnership that will qualify us for loan from bank here in Dubai, UAE. As a company owner here in Dubai I’m willing to offer you shares in the real estate company which will enable us borrowing status within 3 months of partnership.

I don't want to waste much of your time but presently the hospitality business in UAE is taking shape in the sense that all investment within now and 2020 would give tremendous ROI, the local banks are currently giving loan to established real estate companies and developers based in Dubai UAE, this is an opportunity I would like us to explore if you have a genuine investment plan for the loan we shall obtain, I will be happy to see the proposal and we can sign an MOU partnership with all sincerity.

A GLOBAL ECONOMIC POWERHOUSE

Home to the world’s tallest building, largest shopping mall, biggest theme park, only 7-star hotel and most illustrious property market. The city where all four corners of the world meet. The heartbeat of business and commerce for an entire continent. A place that’s witnessed phenomenal capital growth, and where much more is expected in the years to come. From humble beginnings, Dubai has established itself as one of the most important destinations on the planet.

HOST CITY FOR 2020 EXPO AND THE CENTRE OF THE MODERN WORLD

Dubai is a truly 21st century city for all. It’s a place where east meets west, where tourism meets commerce. One-third of the world’s population lives just a four-hour flight away. 88.7% of those living and working in Dubai hail from overseas. Enterprise zones in DIFC and Downtown make the city the premier business hub in the Middle East. Iconic landmarks, world-class attractions, year-round sunshine and NO TAXES – Dubai has a draw few cities can match. And this is what continues to fuel investment in this part of the Gulf.

Dubai’s Expo will be a festival of human ingenuity. The engines of growth are no longer steam-powered. Instead, collaboration and partnership have taken its place, becoming the driving force behind new developments. Expo will showcase and explore what is possible when new ideas and people connect.

Dubai International Airport could become the world’s busiest passenger airport within this decade.
Dubai is already the busiest in terms of international passenger traffic, taking the top spot from London Heathrow in 2014 after it added 7.5 million passengers, according to Bloomberg TV But now it’s poised to be No. 1 in total passenger traffic, which is a combination of both international and domestic passengers.

Passenger traffic in Dubai grew from 78 million in 2014 to 83 million in 2015, and 90 million people are expected to use the airport into 2017, An Emirates airline expansion has reportedly spurred the growth.
World Expo 2020 will bring 25 million people to the emirate and create 277,000 new jobs. The first time the Expo will be hosted in the Middle East, Dubai’s property market will naturally feel the impact of the event. Hosting the Expo has been found to have a profound effect on the capital growth of local real estate. Experts predict Dubai will see growth in the region of 35-50% as a direct result of Expo 2020. It means that, for investors, the time to buy in Dubai is now.

CITY WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD
Think property investment, think Dubai. It’s a city where investors have enjoyed some of the highest levels of capital growth the global property market has ever seen. Today, Dubai’s real estate market has matured, one that’s in-line with those of other global cities such as New York and London. No longer is it based on speculation. Dubai’s property market is now regulated and sustainable, carefully underpinned by the three key investment fundamentals: supply, demand and location.

Dubai is a tax-free city, with no income or capital gain tax. This makes it extremely attractive for people from all around the world to come and work in Dubai, as well as invest in property.

Why do I need a foreign investor? I have recently set up two companies in Africa consisting of Agro-production and farming, these are the major project I embarked this year which presently requires me to seek foreign partnership in my real estate company.

NB: this is not some random messages finding their way as usual to our e-Mail, I have contacted you solely for partnership and not to send money upfront for assume blindfolded investment, if you are interested I will be happy to receive you here in Dubai at the office and we sign agreement to start working together.

If you are interested in knowing what your requirement would be for our partnership then get back to me for details, I’m open for video call or any kind of preliminary introduction as well as verification for genuine proposal, real estate owners like President Trump are currently investing in Dubai. We can make millions of dollars in first 3 months here and obtain a loan for other projects which I’m trusting you for.

Do not ignore this opportunity because it cost nothing to reply or call me for better explanation, you do not need to send $1 upfront or pay fees and charges to obtain loan, yet we can get loan of $50,000,000.00 to $120,000,000.00 within three months.

Let me know if you are interested.
