"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attention

I am in receipt of your mail this morning and its content is dully
noted. We have not placed your fund on HOLD. You are not in any danger
but will be if you eventually fail to comply with my directives
because this will also help us monitor the release of your fund in
Benin Republic.

After the 9/11 attack on America, we the CIA and other security bodies
have been on alert. Proper investigations are always carried on every
money that is been
transferred into the United States and around the world at large in
order to prevent money laundering and terrorist related activities and
your case would not be an
exception.

For your early information, the CIA wants to monitor and apprehend
some impostors for we want to track them down through their I.P
address to determine where they write from. You must also understand
that your phone calls are also monitored and by this email you must
now furnish the CIA with the above needed information that will help
us apprehend these impostors who scam you, The Central Intelligence
Agency (CIA) will go to any length in tracking down and prosecuting
any criminal who indulges in these criminal acts. You must understand
that we are working to protect you and your interest that is why we
are monitoring this transaction to see that you are paid to the last
dollar.

You are not in any trouble and would not be in trouble if you provide
this office with original copy of Stamp Immunity Seal of Transfer from
Benin Republic. hence Mr. Patrice Talon, the President of Federal Republic
of Benin .as well Mr. Alex Eric the new Executive Governor
Central Bank of Benin. gave the authorization for this transfer, We
have instructed you on how to get this document because we have
determined the cost so that you would not have to pay more for this
document.

Make sure you send it today so that the agent in Benin can make the
payment to Central Bank of Benin for your fund transferred
immediately.

As soon as the Central Bank of Benin confirmed the payment and the
original copy of the Stamp Immunity Seal of Transfer would be sent to
Central Bank for your fund
transfer to you without delay.

Keep me posted if you get lost along the line so that I can interfere
on your behalf. Be rest assured that you are not in any danger and
everything will go smoothly as
planned hence the CIA is monitoring the transaction.

I, peter O. Adami will persuade the Central Bank of Benin to
release your fund in full because I have given them every approval
needed but you need to settle this bill of $125 down there with the
Central Bank of Benin. You are to contact only the CBB Governor –
Mr. Alex Eric now and conclude every arrangement with him.

Yours In Service

peter O. Adami
Director of the Central IntelligenceAGENCY
