"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Sir

Permit me to write this message to your company. I request your reply if you interested to supply your products to the Ministry of Endowment and Islamic Affairs Qatar.

Consequently, the Ministry is inviting reputable foreign companies to submit their tenders for the supply.

I am a registered agent with the Ministry and I will like to know whether you are interested to bid for the supply

Please contact me if you are interested and I will tell you the modalities to participate in the contract bid. I have a strong relationship with some of the Contract Awarding Committee members in the Ministry and if you are interested, my connection in the Ministry will help us to win the contract.

You will give me 3% commission upon your receipt of payment from the Government for helping you win the contract.

The contract payment term is 100% upfront payment through bank T/T payable before production and delivery while the delivery period is negotiable

1) Your price list
2) Comprehensive details/information of your products
