"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Dear friend,

Dear Friennd,

Peace be upon you and your family.

My name is Frank Taylor, I am from Sierra Leon, from the northern
district. I am the only son of Bueford Taylor. My father was a known
business man in my country. My father married nine wives, and had five
daughters, I am the only male child in the family, and my own mother died
of cancer last year march. Since the death of my mother, my father’s wives
are trying to kill me because they are jealous that I am going to inherit
my father’s wealth.

Unfortunately, my father died on May 26th 2017 because of cardiac arrest,
but before the death of my father, he told me that he deposited the sum of
thirteen million dollars ( $13,000,000,00 Million) in a security and
shipping company in nearby country called Benin Republic. My father told
me that if anything happened to him, I should run away and go to Benin
Republic and search for someone in other country that can help me, and
transfer this money into his account for investment, because if I remain
in the family, my father’s wives will kill me.

Please I really need you to help me and get this money from the company
here, transferred into your account in your country, and after the
transfer, you help me come over to your country to continue my education,
while you take care of the investment of the money.

I am waiting for your reply, so I can give you more details. please
provide me your phone number so i can call you and discuss also with you.
and also reply me with this address ( franktaylor01@mynet.com )

God bless you,

Frank Taylor.
