"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Peace of the Lord be with you and Your Household.

Dearly beloved, I bring you greetings. I encourage you to thank God without ceasing if you are of good health. At this point in my life, I have come to realize that wealth and other material things; including life itself is worthless without good health. My journey of life presented me to temporal joy, peace and happiness coupled with a long term of sorrow, pain and sickness. Most times I ask ‘why me?’ but if not me, who else? Though this shouldn’t have been the best medium to communicate with you; based on what is happening in the world today. Trust and sincerity are now so rare in people of this age. However, I found your contact while I was doing a private research on the Internet for a reliable and capable foreigner who will assist me and carry out my last wishes on earth.

My name is Mrs. Lurita Mckenvs, a widow to late Mr. McKenvs. l am 48 years old and a coveted born again Christian, suffering from long time cancer of the heart, from all indication my condition is really deteriorating and it is quite obvious that I might not live more than two (2) months, according to my doctor because the cancer has gotten to a very worst / dangerous stage.

My late husband and my only child died last five years ago, his death was politically motivated. My late husband was a very rich and wealthy business man who was running his Gold/Diamond Business here in Côte d'Ivoire. After his death, I inherited all his business and wealth. The doctor has advised me that I may not live for more than two months and warn me to stop thinking over who is going to inherit me and the wealth.

Based on that, today I have decided to donate and contribute to the less Privileges, charity homes, and orphanage homes and to those displaced by Wars going on in the middle-east and around the world.

I made this decision after listing to the news line about 100 years old woman who secretly donated her fortune and wealth upon her death: (http://www.myfoxspokane.com/dpps/news/dpgohwomandonatessecretmillionsuponherdeathfc20100305_6410207\http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O8o-e-iLsUM).

I decided to donate the sum of $3,700,000.00 USD ($3.7Million) to the above mentioned purpose, Please I want you to note that this fund is lodged in a bank here in Côte d'Ivoire.

Thanks and God bless.
MRS. LURITA MCKENVS
