"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Good day,

This is to inform you that your ATM Debit Card has been issued and approved by the United Nations and Nigerian Government and is ready for delivery to your country. The ATM Debit Card was pre-loaded with $50,000 USD which is your Compensation fund.
Please note that you are not the only beneficiary that is receiving this ATM Debit Card, We still have over 500 pieces left to be delivered and we are happy that people are complying regarding the delivery fees, delivery fee varies depending on your location and this is why the United Nations and Nigerian Government did not make any provision for delivery fees and we hope you will understand this.

The delivery fee is $100 USD, which is the required amount for delivery to your country. Necessary and sufficient clearance documents have been obtained to enable delivery without issues so you need not to worry about documents or stoppage of any kind. The only fee you are paying is the delivery fee.
