"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Top secrete regarding your unpaid funds!!Reply asap

Good day ,

I am senior sergeant Peter Blonski of the United States army attached to the Cargo Intelligence inspection Unit as the team leader at the Eastern Iowa airport,Cedar Rapids Iowa.

We have just intercepted and confiscated two (2) trunk boxes and are on the verge of moving it to our head unit because we found out that the boxes is lacking two very important documentation which as a result, the boxes have been confiscated until the required document is provided.

I am contacting you because I secretely scanned the boxes, and have found it to contain a total sum of USD$14.9M and also found backup document which bears your name, delivery address and email address as the receiver of the money contained in the consignment boxes.

I have already contacted the diplomat who accompanied the boxes into the United States and he made me to understand that he was to deliver the consigment boxes to your residence as your contract/inheritance payment which was due to you from the office of the International Monetary Funds(IMF) West Africa.

You are required to contact me within 48 hours if you dont want to loose this golden upportunity to claim what belongs to you or we would take it that you do not want your consignment, also you must not contact any person previously involved in this transaction for your own good, you must understand that it is very important to handle the process of delivering this consignment under a confidential atmosphere because your payment is here and will be released to you once you follow my instructions.

Note: As a soldier i give you my word as my word is my bond; you are not going to loose this golden opportunity, I also need you to give me your word and promise that as soon as you receive your consignment, you will transfer 30% of the funds to my bank account!

You are also required to send your direct mobile number and delivery address as reconfirmation as the owner of the funds and also for me to be sure that I am in contact with the rightful owner of the funds.

Yours in service,

Senior Sergeant Peter Blonski
