"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Good Morning from Juliet

Good Morning

I hope that you have a wonderful health, I am Miss Juliet Gbagbo. The step daughter of former Ivorean president Laurent Gbagbo. I have contacted you for an important and confidential family business investment with you. As you may know after the exit of my step Dad from power, we were all on the run and I am currently living in Kenya. My father did deposited cash  in a private safe in a bank here in Kenya. I have attempted to claim the  funds on my own but due to my refugee status, I am not qualified as was informed. I contacted an attorney who advised me to seek a foreigner to appoint as my trustee who will assist me in claiming the cash either by coming down to kenya or being represented by a reputable resident here in kenya to coordinate the transfer of $4.5M into your account in your country.

WHAT I WANT FROM YOU.

I have approached you to assist me in claiming the money  from where the money are deposited as my foreign partner and also help me in traveling out of Kenya to join you in your country where I will start a new and better life. I agree to give you 50% of the Money  while you invest and manage the remaining 50% for me also my 50% will be managed by you.

After we claim this amount we will claim another amount that is in UAE.
