INTRODUCTION
I write you this mail in anticipation that you will understand and deem it strictly confidential for you personally. In this regard also, I consider it necessary to tell you who I am; I am Mr. David Valenta, I’m charge of tenders in our company Anglo Gold Mines Plc Republic of South Africa
SOURCE OF THIS FUND
Through over invoiced and bulk purchases that were made on behalf of the Anglo Gold Mines plc in the course of expanding and upgrading its existing facilities, I have an excess sum of US$30,000.000.00 (Thirty Million Dollars) which I now want to transfer to a trustworthy account overseas. The said contract has been duly executed certified and full payment have been made to the contractor who executed these contract leaving behind excess US$30,000.000.00 (Thirty Million Dollars) as an over invoice/commission for the committee members to benefit. In view of this, my colleagues have mandated me to look for a foreign partner who will receive this fund on our behalf for mutual benefits. It then implies that you will provide us with any account of your choice we can lodge these fund immediately.
ACCOUNTABILITY
I therefore kindly request that you grant me the consent to present you, or your firm as the foreign beneficiary of this fund, for this money to be transferred into your account any part of the world you choose, even if it is a newly opened account without money in it, this fund could still be transferred into it for safe keeping afterward I will pay a visit to your country for the sharing of the fund, and our onward investment in your country.
DISBURSEMENT/SHARING OF THE MONEY
Furthermore, since the money will be paid directly into a bank account to be nominated by you, you will have the responsibility to ensure that we receive our share of the money which I and my colleague have decided we will have 70% while you will keep 30% as your personal commission.
GUARANTEE
I have to assure you however, that we are to make the payment of the Fund possible provided you are ready to meet with us and give us a very strong assurerance that our share of the fund will be secured in your Hands and that you would not betray our trust in making the transfer of the Fund into your Bank account.
PRIVACY NATURE OF THE BUSINESS.
This is a very safe and risk-free involvement as it is not prone to any enquiry since we are all active partners and will not want to lose our positions in mining company. Meanwhile I demand that you keep this transaction very private and confidential in view of our personal involvements. Full details of the processes for the claim will be provided as soon as we receive your response and acceptance to be part of this agreement.
I expect the immediate indication of your interest, kindly adopt and treat accordingly..
