"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

This is to inform you that we are holding a parcel in your name, we work in collaboration with top firms and Governments of various countries as delivering agent that deliver valuable packages and baggage in trust and we have received instruction to deliver directly to your doorstep a parcel ( $250,000.00 cash in US Dollars ) that has been shipped in your favour by your Acquaintances but was not delivered to you because of wrong address and so it was rerouted to the nearest office .

However, we request that you reconfirm to this email Sarahxender@hotmail.com Your full name................

Telephone.................
The best time and date to deliver.................
and you will pay a processing fee of 98 euro to correct your recipient’s erroneous address and the entire registration/costs associated with the delivery subject to international CASH DELIVERY regulations and responsibility that the cash delivery are from legal source .

In this case the delivery of your parcel remains pending until all the information has been received.
