Ltd. is engaged in the supply of gas oil and diesel oils for the marine and industrial transport use, situated in the Republic of Malta / Europe and a common border with Libya and most Northern African Countries.
On my desk is a mandate to arrange for Crude Oil purchase from Republic of South Africa for up to 2,000,000 barrels on monthly bases for 12 calendar months.
This purchase is what we call a back door purchase / black market in oil market, my colleagues and I have been conducting this back door supplies / black market oil supply to most big companies in South Africa, including private mines in South Africa for use on their plants in times like this when the normal petrol prize is high.
The reason for my reaching out to you is because we in the process of establishing a middle man structure to mediate between the 2 parties involved (our Company and the Companies in South Africa) before any contract is signed.
