"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello

Excuse me a lot for my English, I am more correct in French, I beg you
to accept my English as well

I am souliath youssef, I am of Lebanese origin, divorced from the
American businessman John ROCK for reasons of infertility.

I was three director of the National Oil Corporation (NOC), it is the
national oil company of Libya. I am an only daughter, heir to my family.

I contacted you to make you responsible for managing a fortune. This
will seem a little suspicious especially since you do not know me and I
do not know you either.

I am suffering from terminal cancer, according to the medical diagnosis.
According to what the doctor justified me, I have this disease for more
than 4 years.

I plan to donate all my possessions. I managed certain transactions
thanks to the help of the former Minister of the Republic of Benin, Mr.
ADA FOKI, in my account in the insurance sector of United Bank for
Africa Benin.

Throughout my career at NOC, my down payment to United Bank for Africa
BENIN is worth € 10,000,000 (ten million euros).

This sum that I would like to put at your disposal to allow you to
realize different associations: help centers, orphanages, churches,
associations of homeless homeless humanitarian organizations.
