"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Dear Friend,
Please let me take a moment to introduce myself to you. My name is Ismael from Syrian Arab Republic. I found your email address on the net, and I wonder if you could help me, as I genuinely look forward to having the opportunity to invest in your country, and I thought it would be nice to open a private communication and investment arrangement with you. I will provide the details of the investment funds to you only if you indicate your interest in this proposal. I am willing to offer you 10 per cent of the total investment fund and additional 25 per cent from return on investment (ROI), and the fund in question is quite large. I am expecting to hear from you, if you are interested and please reply me directly to my private email address: (jr.ismaelismael@gmail.com)
Thank you
Best Regards
Ismael
