"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: URGENT PLEASE REPLY !

Hello Sir/Ma

Trust you are good today? I am Kate .Please i have a proposal that will be very favorable to you .I would like to know if you can partner with me and this comes with a some financial reward for you.

I never thought i will be writing this email but as a prone young lady and only child of my deceased parents i have no other option at this moment than to act fast because of the funds at stake.

I am a sole beneficiary to an issued ultimatum by court to my late father's estate with worth of £6,123,000 (SIX MILLION ,ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY THREE THOUSAND BRITISH POUNDS). My lawyer has informed me that we are in the last phase of the case filed to claiming this amount, however i do not have the funds to continue, i hereby need a financial partner at this point.

My only hope lies in my attorney and financial partner's hands.I will need my partner to provide some funds in this final stage as it seems to be a tussle now between myself ( rightful beneficiary) and his relatives. I guarantee you that thirty percent (30%) of the total amount at stake comes to you, in the next couple of weeks as soon as concluded.

On my part, all paper works shall be released to you in order for the bank to authenticate the release of your own share of the funds .I had lost a smaller asset of his last June due to inability to sponsor the case .It hurts deeply till date and i am afraid of losing this again to my late father's siblings.

Will you partner with me?I will never do anything to jeopardize our relationship because i believe that our partnership on this would be of great benefit for the both of us .I would be delighted on our partnership knowing that my fathers relatives wont be left with £6,123,000 again. Kindly reply if you are willing to partner here so that i furnish you on our next steps.

Regards
KATE MILLER
