"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

processed and released to you but till this moment never heard from you.
In regards to the ongoing transaction of $22.5m,your representatives came to our office this morning stating that you are critically ill and that you have sent them to come and get your $22.5m your behalf,this sound strange and that why we are contacting you now as the Board of Directors have instructed that the $22.5m should be processed and concluded on time,
We hereby advise you act fast and get the requested fee of US$275 sent immediately,else we will have no option than to cancel the $22.5m and reallocate it to your representatives in according to the law of section 48 sub section 84 of international remittance policy.
Also you are to reconfirm your contact details including your direct telephone number.
