"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: RE: PLEASE CONFIRM WHERE YOU WANT YOUR MONEY SENT ( DEBIT CARD)

Hello , Hope your day is good?. I have enclosed in a pre-sealed
envelope, a debit card loaded with $1.4 Million for you, if you willing
to accept. All that is needed is an address to send them to.

I also sent the same to 4 other people like you - randomly selected
individuals from the internet and yellow pages. Please do not be
offended by my contacting you in such a way.

This is to atone for some heavy mistakes I made in the past. Mistakes
not to you though, but gifting you and 4 others ,the proceeds of my
entire worth is my way of atoning for such past mistakes. Hope it works.

Please kindly accept it without any strings attached. By the time you
read this message, I would no longer have access to this mailbox. Its not
my personal email, but email of the clinic where I was admitted. I
pleaded with someone working here at the centre to help create this
email and send to you.He even helped write the email as I am unable to.
He is not supposed to send personal emails using Hospital resources. So
do not reply here. I asked him to send the email on my passing. That
means if you are reading this, then I am in a better place.

I have lodged the unaddressed pre-sealed envelopes containing the card
loaded with funds, the card PIN, as well as a short note ( saying Thank
you, and explaining the funds as a gift, to avoid any form of taxation
from relevant authorities)with a delivery company. However, You can
contact my attorney and give him your address, he would provide same to
the delivery company ,who would deliver directly to your doorstep.

All you need to do is text him on +1 (203) 648-4692 with your name and
address and he would ensure the delivery company gets the card to you.

Include this phrase in your text "VOLUNTARY CARD RECIPIENT " (as a form
of proof that you were one of those selected). That's all. If you
decline my offer, just ignore this message. If you willing to accept
however, send the text message as advised.

God bless you
MARCIA SISK
