"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Dear in Christ,

Dear in Christ,

I am Mrs. Roseline Tito from Kuwait. I am married to Mr. Richard Tito. He worked for the embassy of Kuwait in Ivory Coast for nine years before dying in 2010. We were married for 11 years without children.

He died after a short illness that lasted only four days. Before his death, we were both born again Christians. Since her death, I have decided not to remarry or to have a child outside of my legitimate home, which the Bible violates.

When my late husband was still alive, he deposited $ 8.5 million (eight million five hundred thousand dollars) in one of the international banks here in Abidjan. Recently, my doctor told me that because of cancer, I would not be able to survive the next eight months.

The one that bothers me the most is my stroke disease. After knowing my condition, I decided to donate this fund to a church that will use this money as I will teach it here. I want a church that uses this orphanage and widow's fund to spread the word of God and keep the house of God alive.

The Bible led us to understand that "Happy is the hand that gives". I made this decision because I have no children who would inherit this money and my many parents are not Christians and I do not want my efforts to be used by unbelievers. I do not want a situation where this money is used without God.

That's why I'm making this decision. I'm not afraid of death, so I know where I'm going. I know that I will be on the Lord's lap. Exodus 14 VS 14 says, "The Lord will fight my case, and I will keep my peace." I do not need telephone communication in this regard because of my health. Hence the presence of my husband's relatives around me. I do not want to know about this development. With God, everything is possible. As soon as I receive your reply, I will give you the contact of the bank here in Abidjan, and you will have to contact them to transfer the funds to your destination.

I will also give you a letter of authorization that will prove you the current beneficiary of this fund. I want you and the church to always pray for me because the Lord is my Shephard. My happiness is that I lived a life of worthy Christian. Whoever wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and in truth.

Please, always pray all your life. Contact me at the email address above and any delay in your response will give me the opportunity to start another church for this purpose.

Please make sure that you act accordingly, as I said here.

I hope for your answer.

Stay blessed in the Lord.

Yours in Christ,
Mrs. Roseline Tito
