On my desk is a mandate to arrange for Oil purchase from Republic of South Africa and Zimbabwe for up to 2,000,000 barrels on monthly bases for 12calendar months.
This purchase is what we call a back door purchase / black market in oil market, my colleagues and I have been conducting this back door supplies /black market oil supply to most big companies in South Africa and Zimbabwe including private mines, agriculture and manufacturing companies for use on their plants in times like this when the normal petrol prize is high.
The reason for my reaching out to you is because we in the process of establishing a middleman structure to mediate between the 2 parties involved (our Company and the Companies in Southern Africa) before any contract is signed.
