"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Good Day,

This message is sent as a confirmation of my interest to partner with you on a long term profitable venture with my company. I am Mojalefa Moagi, a director and board member of African Exploration Mining and Finance Corporation (SOC) LTD. I'm extending a business proposition to you based on my interest to work with you. Currently South Africa signed an exploration and production sharing agreement with South Sudan under my company portfolio and the first 28 applicants will be given a discount on the license cost as it is still on promotion, please note that this information has not been made public yet, hence it is the dividends of having an insider.

I work under the procurement department of National Oil Committee of the African Exploration Mining and Finance Corporation,(AEMFC AND SFF) we have been mandated to facilitate this project under the department of Energy and Mining.

The Agency is issuing crude oil lifting license allocations to foreign individuals and companies who will market the Sudan crude oil products and earn a commission in return. The work of the licensed operator/holder is to find the buyers of the crude oil and negotiate for a buyer and seller transaction on behalf of the Agency. The Agency issues an oil lifting license with a monthly oil allocation of five hundred thousand barrels to each approved license operator.

This implies that a total quantity of five hundred thousand barrels of crude oil will be available to you for sale monthly. The licensed operator earns a US$4.00 commission on each barrel of crude oil sold to the buyer. You will be earning a gross monthly commission of US$2 million monthly. I am seeking a partner who will be the face of our partnership (owner of the oil license) while I work from the inside to facilitate the operations in your favor.

My proposition is that we secure an oil lifting license from the Agency in your name as a crude oil license holder. I will find the buyers and make sure that your allocated crude oil is successfully sold to the buyers every month. The commissions would be shared between you and me 50/50 percent.

If interested, contact me through my private email address or fax number below.

Yours sincerely,

Mr Mojalefa Moagi
