"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

I am Miss Vera Albert, the only daughter of late Wilfried Albert from Côte
d'Ivoire; Please I Urgently needs your help; my father deposited the sum of
$3.500.000.00 with one of the bank here before his death; I want to invest
this money for my future under your care in your country or any country of
your choice.
the original deposit certificate is with me right now, but the worst part
of it now is that,I have been humiliated, harassed, and frustrated by my
immediate wicked uncle who is trying to kill me over this money because I
refused to hand over the original bank document to my Late father
relatives, The relatives has sold all my late father landed properties
which rightful belong to me; and now they want me to hand over the bank
document which I refused, because of this, I ran away from home, and
presently am hiding in a local guest house pending when this money will be
transferred so I can leave the country for my safety and also to further my
education.

I am willing to offer you 30% of the money if only you can help me with my
current situation.
