"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to you because I am in financial difficulty and I
require financial assistance.
I have been struggling financially for more than 2 years and I
have tried several options for financial help.
However I have been unsuccessful and therefore I am writing this
letter.
I am in this situation because I lost my Job 2 years ago and
since then I have not been able to secure another job because of
how hard life is here in Nigeria and I have wife and kids.

I would very much appreciate your help in any way you can, and
you can contact me directly via this email: fz74889@gmail.com or
phone: +2349044716829

IT IS BETTER TO SEEK FOR ASSISTANCE THAN TO INDULGE IN SCAM OR
FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my situation and I look
forward to hearing from you soon,

Yours sincerely,
Femi
