"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: CAN I CONFIDE IN YOU

Dear Sir/Madam,

With due respect my name is James Abba writing to you on behalf of. Mrs Mariam Abacha, the wife of late General Sani Abacha, the former head of state and commander-in chief of the Nigerian Armed Forces, Federal Republic of Nigeria, instructed me to write to you on a personal level to strengthen the relationship and build more trust and to solicit for your assistance to assist the Abacha family take custody of some funds lodged in a security company which all relevant documents related to the funds are with Abacha's family lawyer in Europe.

She is willing to extend her invitation to you to visit the Abacha family in Nigeria so that you can see all the family members of Abacha and to discuss extensively on the areas of investment you may wish to invest the funds if you wish.

The Abacha's family had been facing a lot of threats, confiscation of cash and assets, detentions of her sons by the federal Government of Nigeria especially under the administration of the former President chief Olusegun Obasanjo since the death of her husband, the former President wrote to the Swiss Government in Switzerland to release all Abacha's family money and the Swiss government released approximately US$1.650 billion belonging to the Abacha family in three phases to the federal government of Nigeria. And the money was shared among them selves without Nigerian citizens knowing about it. We cannot watch the so call leaders/politicians to steal all what her late husband labored for, that’s her reason contacting you to handover some of the funds to your care for safe-keeping/investment without any risk involved.

The Swiss government again under the administration of the past President, Dr Goodluck Jonathan released the sum of US$700 million belonging to the Abacha family to the federal government of Nigeria. Again the present President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari visited President Barack Obama on July 19 2015 at the white house in Washington D.C United States, soliciting for America's assistance to recover Nigeria's missing funds estimated at US$15 Billion lodged at various banks in Europe, Asia and United States of America.

l will appreciate if this transaction will be taking seriously hence the family lawyer in United Kingdom is standing by to finalize with the fund release process on your behalf without any hitch and hope to conclude it within two weeks from the date you show interest. Please feel free to view these sites for you to see how much recovered without accountable to the citizens.:
