"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

among the peacekeeping Army in Afghanistan and I am serving in Iraq at
the moment. My name is Capt Mark Kitchens, From New York City, United
States.

I want to move US$16.450 Million to your country for my business
investment, please have it in mind that nothing will go wrong on this
transaction. We shall process the documentation legally before the fund
gets to your country. Already, the French Courier Company helped me move
the fund from Afghanistan to Indonesia through my former partner who
died on Covid-19, at the moment the fund is deposited with a Finance
Company in Indonesia before the lockdown.

I will be retired from service by next year, kindly initiate a business
offer where this money can be invested in your company, or in any
profitable business venture initiative in your country, between us in
the ratio of 80/20 percent if you agreed with me, while we keep US$50
