"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Subject: Dear Friend

Dear friend,
Thanking you in advance for taking the time out of your busy day to
read and consider this proposal from me. This message may come to you
as surprise, kindly please understand it is my honest desire to
propose a financial deal to you and that is my good reason for writing
you this message. My name is Mr. Goodluck Christ; I am security
officer at the SAGAM Security Company of Burkina Faso. I assume it is
by virtue of nature that I discover your profile from the Chambers of
Commerce. I decided to contact you on this deal believing that by the
grace of God you are the right person to partner with for mutual
execution of this opportunity I am about to disclosed to you through
this mail. Let me reveal to you to that I join the mention
establishment in 1991 and I am working with the Company till date.

In the past years I have watched with precision how African leaders
under government functionaries have been using Security Company's to
move huge money/fund "USD, Pound Sterling, French France", to their
partners in foreign Countries. They will normally bring in
Consignments of cash currency, gold, diamond, precious stones and will
secretly declare the contents as family treasure, private documents
etc. Amongst the list of important persons we receive during the past
years are individual such as late president Major General SANI ABACHA
of Nigeria; president MOBUTU SESE SEKO of Zaire, president MUAMMAR
GADDAFI of Libya, (all dead of course). There are numbers of
individual that are dead who deposits Consignment of cash at the
Company, and there are individual who are still alive that deposit
Consignments of cash at the Security Company but I cannot mention
their names for personal security reasons.

Subject of Contention:
At the Security Company were I am working there are numbers of
Consignment that are unclaimed for many years and the depositor is
dead. There are number of Consignments deposited by dead persons where
the relatives are not aware of the deposit till date. In most cases
the documents for the deposit are never available to anyone accept the
original depositor and the Company. There is a Consignment of cash
which is deposited by the deceased military ruler and dictator,
President MUAMMAR GADDAFI of Libya. At this point of time I am sure
nobody will ever come for this claim. I could arrange for you to
contact authority of the Company to claim the Consignment package
which contains cash in the value of $35,000,000.00.

The interesting thing is that this is a very special case were the
depositor has been dead since year 2011. On record this Consignment
package belong to late Muammar GADDAFI but the Consignment was
deposited in code numbers and the Consignment is unclaimed since after
the assassination of the Libyan leader. He did not declare any
beneficiary or next of kin on paper and it is certain that his family
members that are alive are not aware of this deposit. The late Libyan
leader deposit the Consignment at the Company before his assassination
in 2011 and the deposit is declared as family documents and the
lodgment is registered in codes. The deposit was made when he visit
Burkina Faso in year 2009. I can arrange for you to come here for
claiming the Consignment and arrange to transfer the funds to your
Country for further disbursement between both of us.

I have carefully mapped-out the perfect plan to process withdrawal of
the Consignment from custody of the Security Company and move it from
here to your Country. This claim will be successfully realize without
a problem if you accept to work with me to execute this deal. If you
can come to Burkina Faso to undertake the claiming of the Consignment
please inform me so I will proceed to make the ample arrangement for
your visit to execution the claim. I shall supply you all necessary
documents to apply for claim of the Consignment from the Company as
beneficiary who is assign by the decease depositor to claim the
deposit at the event of his death. I shall provide you the documents
to apply for the claim when you accept to do this deal with me. Be
advised that the Company can arrange the transfer of the funds to your
Country safe and secured. After the successful conclusion of this deal
once the funds are moved to your Country I shall join you for
collection of my share of the funds and further investments.

The sharing of the money is 50% for you and 50% for me. I will give
you further information about this issue at hand after you give me
your reply and I am sure you are interested in the deal. Please inform
me if you can come to my Country for execution of the claim, however
if you are able to travel you can initiate the claim from your Country
under my directives. So I am looking forward to a healthy business
relationship with you. You can contact me through the below email or
