Dearest And Beloved One In Christ Jesus,
May the good Lord be with you and give you the spirit to understand the
contents of my message to you, as I will highly appreciate your positive
response.

I am Mrs Ruzanna Lubatan, a 69 years old woman from Qatar, but presently
residing in Ghana. I am married to Engr. Philips Lubatan, who was the Chief
Executive Director of an Oil and Gas producing Company here in Accra,
Ghana for sixteen years before he died in the year 2012.

My beloved late husband and I were married for forty good years with-out a
child. He died after a brief illness that lasted for only six days. When my
late husband was alive, he deposited the sum $3.5 Million U.S Dollars with
one of the local banks in Ghana. Presently this whole money is still in my
late husband's bank account here in Ghana and advised me before he died
that he used my name as the next of kin and the beneficiary of the whole
money in his account with the local bank.

Recently, my Doctor told me that I have serious sickness which is a cancer
problem, and having known my condition now as the doctor said i have only
few more months to live on the earth, I have decided to donate this fund to
a church or an individual that will utilize this money the way I am going
to instruct herein. I want a church or an individual that will use this
fund for the helping of the orphanages homes, widows, propagating the word
of God and to endeavour that the house of God is maintained and also to
find a means to help the whole world with the deadly Covid-19 Pandemic.

The Bible made us understand that, Blessed is the hand that giveth. And
each one should use whatever gift he has received from God to serve
others,1 Peter 4:10. I took this decision because I don't have any child
that will inherit this money and I don't want my husband's efforts to be in
vain. I don't want a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly
way. This is why I am taking this decision. I am not afraid of death hence
I know where I am going. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the
Lord. Exodus 14 VS 14 says that the lord will fight my case and I shall
hold my peace and With God all things are possible.

As soon as I receive your reply in acceptance to work according to my
instructions herein, I shall give you more details on how the whole
donation fund will be transferred to you without any delay. I want you and
the church to always pray for me, because the lord is my strength. My
happiness today is that I lived the life of a worthy Christian. Whoever
that Wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and Truth.

Kindly get back to me as soon as possible for more information, and any
delay in your reply will give me room in sourcing another church or
individual for the same purpose. Please assure me that you will act
accordingly as I Stated herein.I am hoping to receive your urgent reply in
acceptance to work according to my instructions herein, and I pray you
