"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Hello

Following the three weeks intensive auditing of the financial books of
our State Department of Treasury as directed by the Office of the
Presidency, United States

of America, we are glad to inform you that your name is among the
exceptions raised by the team of Auditors  in respect to your  unclaimed
Inheritance/Compensation

funds valued at US$3.5Million Dollars  .

We are unable to reconcile why the funds duly approved by the
Department of Social Commission with a mandate from the United Nations
remained unclaimed despite

several government surcharge fees made by you

This mail to you becomes necessary due to the various Executive orders
signed by the New President Mr Joe Biden Jr and as such the fund
cannot remain here unclaimed

otherwise ,it will be marked X and as such credited  to our Government
Single Treasury Account with the Federal Reserve Bank,New York

Therefore, let us know if you are willing to get this fund transferred
to you without associated bottlenecks.
It is unwise to forego  such payment considering the

amount involved.

Your swift response is required to enable us put up  this payment into
proper perspective, reconciliation and final disbursement.

Please accept the assurances of our highest regards.

Faithfully yours

Mr John Barrasso
