"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello!

Dear Beloved One,

With due respect to your person and much sincerity of purpose, I
know it is true that this letter may come to you as a surprise.
Nevertheless,I humbly ask you to give me your attention and hear
me, i am writing this mail to you with heavy sorrow in my heart,i
have chosen to reach you through the mobile App because it still
remains the fastest medium of communication to reach people
globally for an urgent message like mine.I came across your
mobile contact prior to a private search while in need  of your
assistance.

My name is Mrs. Anderson A. Thereza,I am an American citizen
currently hospitalized in a private hospital here in United
Kingdom as a result of lungs cancer I am 79 years old and I was
diagnosed of lungs cancer for about 4 years ago, immediately
after the death of my husband Engr.Mr Anderson Michael, who has
left me everything he worked for as we don't have any child from
our marriage of 20 years. I'm with my laptop in a hospital here
where I have been undergoing treatment for cancer of the breast
and throat. It has spread all over my body system and cause a lot
of serious damage to my body organs.

Now that is clear that I’m approaching the last-days of my life
and i don't even need the money again for any thing and because
my doctor told me that i would not last for the period of two
months due to Lungs cancer problem. I have some funds inherited
from my late husband, the sum of $15 Million United State Dollars
( US$15,000,000,00 ). This money is still with the foreign bank
in Turkey and the management just wrote me as the true owner to
come forward to receive the money for keeping it so long or
rather issue a letter of authorization to somebody to receive it
as my next of kin since I cannot work or do anything stressful
due to my illness or they may get it confiscated.

Before my husband died he sold all his international properties
and deposited the sum of $15 Million United State Dollars(
Fifteen Million United States Dollars) with the Turkish bank. My
late husband's brother ran away with my ($1 million US dollars)
and abandoned me at the London hospital to die and I have decided
not to do anything with my late husband brother again in this
life because he does not care about me and only wishes me death.

I decided to contact you if you may be willing and interested to
handle these trust funds in good faith before anything happens to
me.This is not a stolen money and there are no dangers
involved,is 100% risk free with full legal proof. I want you to
help me withdraw this money from the foreign bank then use the
funds for Charity works/assistance to less privileged people in
the society. It is my last wish to see that this money is invested
to any organization of your choice.

I want you to take 40% of the total money for your personal use
while 60% of the money will go to charity. I will appreciate your
utmost confidentiality and trust in this matter to accomplish my
heart desire, as I don't want anything that will jeopardize my
last wish. Write me to my email address andersonth012@aol.com.

Yours Beloved Sister.

Mrs. Anderson Thereza A.
