"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: COMPENSATION

Our business venture has been concluded. The success comes through the
assistant of Mr. Aki Chinami a Japanese base business man.

However, I did not omit you because you are the starting point of my
success, you made me what I am now though you were not there to perfect
this transaction with me but I gave all the credit and thanks to you. I
know it was not your fault nor your wish to back up on me and the business,
I understood it was simply because of what you must have heard about
business opportunities from my continent particularly Benin Republic.
Actually there are still good ones, for example myself.

In endorsement of your partnership, I am compensating you with a Draft
worth of USD5M.(Five Million United States Dollars Only) I left the Draft
with my attorney Barr. Boni Emmanuel when I was on my departure to Japan. I
would like you therefore, to contact him on the below info so that he can
release your Draft to you.

Attn: Barr. Boni Emmanuel
Email: boniemmanuel2030@yahoo.com

Email my Attorney in Cotonou – BeninRepublic through his above email so
that he can release your Draft to you. I will stop here. Once again, thank
you very much and remain blessed.

Regards,
Koffi Mathew
