"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Hello, please I need a quick reply

--
Hello,

My name is Mrs. Nadia Cherki. I am an American citizen and residence
in London, United Kingdom. My husband died recently on Coronavirus and
I am presently in hospital suffering Cancer Disease. My husband has a
deposit of 9.600.000.00 GBP in a prime Bank here in London. Before my
husband was taken to Isolation center where he died, he told me to use
the funds to establish animal care foundation for the purpose to
assist and take care of animals. We have special love for animals. Due
to my present health condition, I will not be able to handle this
project. Therefore, I want to donate the 9.600.000.00 GBP to you so
that you will set up an animal care foundation where animals will be
assisted and taken care of for free. Your location does not matter to
me. What matter is that I want you to carry out this animal care
projects in your country and manage it very well. We had a daughter
and a son but both died at sea on the west coast of Scotland during
their 2018 vacation. They went on a sea tour and never came back
alive. It was hard enough coping with the emotions, grief, pain and
shock when our children died, The death of our children hit us so
hard. After my two children died, my husband and I developed so much
love for animals and they became our best companions. My husband is
dead and we have no one to inherit the money in the bank. That's why I
contacted you with trust so that you can use the funds and establish
animal care foundation where animals will be assisted and taken care
of for free in your country.

If you are sure of handling this project, then I will request for the
following informations,

1. Your full names,
2. Your address
3. Your telephone numbers

As soon as I receive the informations, I will ask my lawyer to prepare
a power of attorney on your name so that the bank will transfer the
funds [9.600.000.00 GBP] to your bank account.

Please reply to me as quickly as possible.

Thanks
Mrs. Nadia Cherki
