"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

   The United Nations Compensation Commission (UNCC) is located at the Palais des Nations within the United Nations Office in Geneva, Switzerland. It was created in 1991 as a subsidiary organ of the United Nations Security Council(lhttps://uncc.ch) under Security Council resolution 687 (2020 to 2022 ) to process convict19  claims and pay compensation for losses and damage suffered by any united nation citizens .as a direct result of the world  unlawful invasion of convict19  virus to the general world .
     About 2.7 million claims, with an asserted value of $352.5 billion was approved for compensation released and will be issued based on generated emails and lucky applicants.  The Commission concluded claims-processing in 2020 to 2022, and the total compensation awarded was $52.4 billion to approximately $1.5 million  usd  approved each for each successful claimants, applicants and lucky generated emails .
Nineteen Panels of Commissioners reviewed and evaluated that the  claims  should be issued based on applicants and lucky generated emails world wide .
This compensation claim is entitled to lucky generated emails owners world wide and also for lucky  submitted applicants by governments, international organisations, companies and individuals.The panels reported their recommendations to the Governing Council for approval of payments and payments should be released immediately for lucky generated emails owners   and lucky applicants  .
 With the conclusion of the meeting  Governing Council  has directed that all lucky generated emails and applicants should be paid immediately .
