"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Subject: I want you to assist me in receiving this fund in your
country.

Hello Dear,

I am Mrs.Rea Michelle Lewis from the USA,I worked as personal
assistance to the late Mr.Kamal Din, Chief executive of a Petroleum company
for many years who until his death early last year 2021,resided in
Riyadh,Saudi Arabia.

We made a deposit of $7.5M with a bank in Germany for a foreign client
whose details were not given to the bank when the deposit was made and no
one else is aware of such a deposit except myself and the late Mr.Kamal Din.

I want you to assist me in retrieving and transferring this fund in your
country as the beneficiary in which you will be entitled to 40% while 60%
goes to me. I will give you more details on your positive response.

Yours faithfully and my sincere kind regards as well,

Mrs.Rea Michelle Lewis.
