"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

*Notification of your payment*

Attention beneficiary,

I am the minister of finance and I have been instructed by our excellency
Muhammadu Buhari the president of Nigeria to make sure that all the foreign
beneficiaries received their funds before he stepped down from the office
next year in 2023.

For this I have the list of the foreign beneficiaries who are yet to
receive their contracts and hesitance funds from the Nigerian banks.

Now if you have already received your fund you indicate that you have
received your fund and if you have not yet received your fund you should
not hesitate to get back immediately to me with your transaction details
where your funds will be delayed.

By sending me your full name and your address also your direct telephone
number is needed for easy communication.

I wait to hear from you as soon as possible because I need to report back
to our excellency president Muhammadu Buhari for those who have already
received your funds and those who are here to receive their funds.

Once again thank you for your understanding.

Yours sincerely,
Zainab Shamsuna Ahmed CON
Minister of Finance.
