"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

An email address listed inside this email has been used in a known fraud before.
This email uses a separate reply address that is different from the sender address. Spammers use this to get replies even when the original spam sending accounts have been shut down. This email lists free webmail addresses. Use of such addresses is typical for scams. Lotteries, banks and any but the smallest of companies do not normally use such addresses. Criminals use them to anonymously send and receive email at Internet cafes.

My name is Chris Lukas head of luggage/baggage storage facilities (Operations, Maintenance, Transportation) here at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, during our routine check today on withheld packages and consignments at the Airport Storage Vault I discovered an abandoned delivery from a diplomat and when it was scanned it revealed that the consignment trunk box was money worth of $14.5million United State Dollars weighing approximately 110kg and going through the file it was stated that it is an inheritance money belonging to you.

Meanwhile, the consignment box was registered today with your name and email address but not properly declared by the consignee as "MONEY" rather it was declared as personal effect to avoid interrogation as well as the inability of the diplomat to pay for the United States Non Inspection Charges which is $6,700USD, the details of the consignment box includes your name, your email address, phone number and other official documents from the United Nations office tagged on the Trunk box.

However, to enable me confirm if you are the actual recipient/owner of this consignment box with the worth of $14.5million United State Dollars, I will advise you provide your phone number, full name and home address to enable me cross check if it corresponds with what I have here on the official documents and please note that this consignment is supposed to have been returned to the United States Treasury Department as unclaimed delivery due to the delay in concluding the clearance processes.

As a result of this, I will not be able to receive or communicate with you on my official email account rather to my private email address, in order words to enable me cross check your details I will advise you send the required details to my private email address for quick processing and response to you and Once I confirm you as the actual recipient/owner of the consignment box, I can get everything concluded within 48 hours upon your acceptance and proceed to your home address for delivery of the consignment box to you.

Lastly, be informed that the reason I have taken it upon myself to contact you personally about this consignment box is because I don't want your money returned to the United States Treasury Department as unclaimed delivery and since the consignment box has not yet been returned to the United States Treasury Department after being registered by the diplomat you will go ahead and pay for the United States Non Inspection Fee of $6,700USD and I will arrange for the consignment box to be delivered to your doorstep but please you have to assure me of giving some share from the money for helping you.
