"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Attn:

I am Wilfried Ghislain from the United States. I am 87 years old and I need
your little co-operation.

I deposited $2,000.000.00 ( Two Million United States Dollars ) with the
TD Bank and I want them to move the funds to you. I want you to keep
$500,000.00 for yourself and distribute $1,500,000.00 to the less
privileged around you. It is my Christmas Gift for the less privileged but
I cannot handle it myself, because I am on the sick bed now .

I have spoken to Mr. Rob Hoak the Regional President of TD Bank about you.
I told him that you are my Trusted Personality and I know he must be
expecting to read from you. Therefore write me back, so I can tell you
what next to do.

Best Regards
Wilfried Ghislain.
