"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

An email address listed inside this email has been used in a known fraud before.
This email uses a separate reply address that is different from the sender address. Spammers use this to get replies even when the original spam sending accounts have been shut down. This email lists free webmail addresses. Use of such addresses is typical for scams. Lotteries, banks and any but the smallest of companies do not normally use such addresses. Criminals use them to anonymously send and receive email at Internet cafes.

I am Diplomatic Agent Mr. Marcos Hodgson from the DIPLOMATIC MAX

COURIER COMPANY SERVICES. I was appointed by the organization and
International Monetary Fund Unit to convey the shipment of your long
awaited fund to your postal address which is sum of $35 Millions US
Dollars,

I am Courier diplomatic agent, I want to inform you that I have
arrival in Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), Sterling, VA
20166, USA with your cash consignment box value $35million dollars as
their transit

According to the International regulations of Washington Dulles
International Airport (IAD) , every passenger including diplomats by
law should declare all items that are not in the duty free zone to the
Customs at the ARRIVAL or TRANSIT point. In this regard, your
consignment box with AIR WAY BILL No.: PN4168174K is to be declared
here in the airport so that I can proceed with my journey to your home
address.

but the Customs here in Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD)
are insisting to scan the Consignment box through their X-ray machine
which I refused due to the instructions given to me by the Government
foreign affair in ORIGIN.

I have presented the papers I handed to them and they are very much
pleased with the paper's I presented but the only thing that is still
keeping me here in the airport is Delivery Yellow Tag which is not
placed on the Box, one of the Airport Authority has advise that we get
the Delivery Tag so that I can exit the airport immediately and make
my delivery successful.

I try to reason with them and they stated that the Delivery Tag will
cost us just $100 Dollars only to get the Tag placed on the Box.
before I could continue with my journey for the final delivery of your
Compensation Consignment box without scanning it.

Please note that the Delivery Tag also represents a NON-INSPECTION
CERTIFICATE which permits the free movement of the Consignment box to
its final destination without any further hassle.

I will proceed with the delivery once I conclude with the Washington
Dulles International Airport (IAD) Customs ,due the Delivery Tag of
the Consignment box today with the Customs Service. I have instruction
that the Consignment box should not be opened or scanned at any point
of entry. Consequently, the customs Washington Dulles International
Airport (IAD) Authorities, they are very serious about Delivery Tag.

They guess it must obtain first, before I connect to your home address
with the Compensation package .At the moment I have negotiated with the
Airport Customs Authorities to allow me with the Compensation
package, but they refused.

They said that it is illegal for me to fly and enter into states in
U.S with the Consignment box without the Delivery Tag. They now
directed me to contact the origin of the consignment box and I have
also contacted our Customs Services and they said that it will cost
you the sum of $100usd

Kindly arrange the needed sum of $100usd and send it immediately buy

to us, so that they can obtain the required Delivery Tag to enable me
