"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: MUTUAL FUND INVESTMENT PROPOSAL

Good Day

Greetings! I am pleased to present a proposal of mutual benefit to you.
This project involves an investment of US$ 68,760,000.00

In this letter, I would like to inform you that we have completed an
extensive investigation into the transaction we conducted with a Libyan oil
company. We would appreciate your assistance in receiving US$68,760,000.00
for the contract payment.

An oil supply agreement was executed with Force Petroleum de Angola SARL
based on a license issued by the Libyan Oil Cooperation. However, the
permit holder turned out not to be its rightful owner.

The Republic of Angola now produces the largest amount of oil in Africa.
You can read more about Angola's oil production by visiting:
https://energycapitalpower.com/angola-now-represents-the-biggest-oil-producer-in-africa/

*Please do not disregard this communication.*

Force Petroleum de Angola SARL is required to report any unclaimed funds in
order to be permanently closed. Having access to all necessary information
and contacts as an executive at Force Petroleum de Angola SARL's Crude Oil
& Products Trading Division ensures success in recovering the funds.

I believe acquiring this information could provide the key to success over
the long-term without taking any risks. Funds have been deposited in escrow
in anticipation of receiving legitimate claims for disbursement from Force
Petroleum de Angola SARL. I can be reached via private email at:
llmuhire@gmail.com

If you have not confirmed your interest in this deal, I will not disclose
any more information.

Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Laurent MUHIRE
