"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

We are Exchange Security Solution , A fiduciary payment agent/office attached to those whose pending payment has been approved by the IMF in conjunction with the World Bank. The fund release has been delayed as a result of your dealings with unauthorized individuals, We want to urgently confirm from you if actually you know one Mr. Gene Duncan who claims to be your business associate/partner, he submitted bank account information supposedly sent by you to receive the funds on your behalf. so you are advised to stop every communication .
with anybody/institution regarding the payment, if your not dead but live.
These funds originated from unpaid contract sums, inheritance/next of kin and lottery beneficiaries that Originated from Europe, Asia Plus Middle East, America and Africa. You are among the list of individuals and Companies whose unpaid funds have been approved for payment .
You should note that, if we do not hear from you, we automatically assume that you are actually dead and the information passed to us by Mr. Gene Duncan is correct.
Lastly, you are advised to reply back to this email and reconfirm the details of this message if truly you're alive, your full name and contact telephone number to enable us to normalize the documents in your name and advise you on how to receive your payment.
