"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Vice President of Nigeria, Foreign Debts Settlements Notice.

--
From: The desk of The Acting Head of State
Vice President, Oluleke Yemi Osinbajo (GCFR)
Federal Republic of Nigeria

To: Foreign Contractors (Honorable Beneficiaries),

In accordance to Davos World Economic Forum Annual Meeting reports
which was concluded recently in Switzerland for 2023 Annual Meeting,
the WEF has provided for Nigeria foreign debts profile which was
tackled during the meeting to be resolved before the handover
presidential election (PRESIDENCY) in Nigeria by May 2023.

The forum is pioneering the first global, purpose-driven metaverse
platform - The Global Collaboration Village - to enhance more
sustained public-private cooperation and spur action to drive impact
at scale. Irrespective of the WEF 2023 budget which has been allegedly
signed into Law, the 2023 WEF budget has been signed by me the Vice
President Yemi Osinbajo, after weeks of needless dilly-dally. It is
good news, you may say. However, it must not be lost on the actors
that a major responsibility placed on the 2023 budget is that it would
take the nation’s economy out of recession and rejuvenate the system
for a prosperous future.

Having said in brief of the meeting, be informed that if your unpaid
fund falls into the following categories, urgently get in touch
directly with me for instant payment. These are categories of foreign
payments subjected to my attention:

1. Foreign Contract Payments

2. Inheritance Payments

3. Lottery Payments

4. Tax Re-funds Payment

Therefore, if your payment falls in between the 4, don’t hesitate to
contact me immediately with indication of your payment category for
prompt settlement. However, this is a global payment skill focused on
the entire outstanding debts listed, it doesn’t matter/exempt the
country where your fund originate from, WEF has budget for all through
this source to be settled once certified with proofs of your claims.

We are looking forward hearing from you.

His Excellency:
Prof. Yemi Osinbajo
