"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Sir,

The UN Human Rights Council GENEVA (12 January 2023) held a special mission
in Africa to discuss the implications of the human rights situation, abuses
in the continent. At the special session, the Human Rights Council adopted
resolution HRC/RES/S-32/1, which requested the High Commissioner to
designate an expert on human rights in Nigeria and Africa, special cases on
foreign fund beneficiaries.

UNHRC Vision: To be the undisputed leading and dominant Human Right
services institution globally.

UNHRC reputation and success is built upon a foundation of integrity- a
commitment to act within the highest ethical standards and sincerity,
honestly and transparently.

Based on several petitions we have written to the UN Human Rights
Commission, against Nigerian Central Bank, CBN and African top Banks, a
proper and careful forensic Analysis was conducted by United Nation Human
Right Commission Auditors to ascertain reason(s) responsible for your
nonpayment, what we discovered was shocking, your payment file was
breached, marked as exhibit and blacklisted.

Through a revelation by Human Rights Activists, the UN Human Rights
Commission in partnership with our stakeholders has written a formal
petition to the Nigerian and African authorities, have ordered that your
breached and blacklisted file be transferred to a more reliable,
transparent and a customer friendly Bank 'African Development Bank, ADB.

Upon receipt of this message, you are urgently advised to contact the
Management of African Development Bank, ADB , and request for an official
and proper normalization and validation process, for a hitch free wire
remittance. The process will enable you to have fresh and original
documents authenticating legitimacy of your funds and your ownership.

Always, quote your reference file number: FGN/UNHRC/CA/HFT/2023. Without
any fear or contradiction, and based on convictions insist on dealing with
management of African Development Bank, ADB.

We challenge you to go through normal processes, obtain your original
documents and be paid.

Something was fundamentally wrong with the way and manner your payment was
approved initially. The ADB Bank is professionally sound to correct it.
