"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: I NEED YOUR PARTNERSHIP

--
I am happy to contact you, I would like to introduce myself to you. My
name is Mr. William O. Smith, I am 53years old and I am a consultant by
profession.

The reason why I am contacting you is because I have a business
transaction I would like to discuss with you. Note: if you found this
email in your junk/spam, its because of your
internet isp server.

I have a friend by name Mr. Hassan Hammed who is a senior member of the
former political party in Ghana which is now the leading opposition
party in Ghana here, and this man has deposited an amount of $1.2
Billion usd stored at a logistics and security facility warehouse, this
funds was brought in into the country for the 2024 election campaign,
but unfortunately the man passed away. Now I am looking for someone who
will be able to move the funds from the security company warehouse,
because the company doesn't know that there is money in the container.
It was deposited as a family property. Based on the trust Mr Hassan has
with me as a consultant he gives me all the documents relating to it
being deposited including the copy of the deposit slip.

His plans is to look for a foreign investor who will come and move the
funds and invest it for him, but unfortunately Mr. Hammed passed away
last year due to the COVID 19, so I am looking for someone who I can
change the depositor name into his name and come as owner of the goods
so that we can move it from the security company warehouse and send it
to wherever is good to invest it.

Please I want someone who will come here to meet me and find a solution
for this transaction and sign an agreement with him or her and we will
move all the funds to the investor’s destination by any means.

Please to my suggestion, I think I need somebody who has experience in
how to invest into a particular business, Real Estate, Agribusiness,
Agriculture, Engineering, Manufacturing or any good business the
investor will invest the funds in, so that it will benefit both of us, I
will give the investor the percentage he/she will propose to the
transaction, so that we can have a good understanding deal together.

I want to tell you in case you are interested in it or you have a
reliable person who can handle this investment as the investment manager
and have those funds invested wisely and in a safe investment procedure
with good returns.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The investor has to come to Ghana and meet me and see
and confirm what I am talking about, that the funds really exist before
moving the funds to his or her destination.

Please do get back to me with your telephone/ WhatsApp number as well
for easy communication and for more details.

NB: It is Private and Confidential.
I wait for your reply,

Thank you.
