"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Authorization Request to Release Funds

The Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN) is a bureau of the U.S.
Department of the Treasury under Secretary for Terrorism and Financial
Intelligence. FinCEN’s mission is to safeguard the USA financial system,
crack down on illicit finance, enhance transparency, combat money
laundering and promote national security through the collection, analysis,
dissemination of financial intelligence and strategic use of financial
authorities.

FinCEN carries out its mission by receiving and maintaining financial
transactions data; analyzing and disseminating these data for law
enforcement purposes; and building global cooperation with international
bodies and counterpart organizations in other countries. FinCEN exercises
regulatory functions primarily under the Currency and Financial
Transactions Reporting Act of 1970, as amended by Title III of the USA
PATRIOT Act of 2001 and other legislation, which legislative framework is
commonly referred to as the "Bank Secrecy Act" (BSA).

FinCEN hereby bring to your notice the sum of One Million Two Hundred and
Fifty Four Million Dollars ($1,254,000.00) approved to you was uncovered in
the course of our recent investigation operations, being total fund's
accumulated (interest yields inclusive) but was illicitly manipulated and
siphoned by some criminals and cybercrime syndicates on our (FinCEN) watch
list.

The said fund is part of the GAVI Foundation Covid-19 palliative and the
2022 - 2nd Batch- of Biden's Economic Stimulus Package for Small and Medium
scale Businesses released by the Government but these criminals took
advantage of your ignorance and non-availability during the period under
review hijacking the entire process of its remittance and diverted /
redirected payment to an offshore account which has now been freezed by
FinCEN, thanks to our Intel and strategic counterpart organizations abroad.

We seek your Authorization to commence the release of your Funds as
mandated by the US Government to effect and complete transfer of your
fund's accumulated interest to your nominated bank account subject to
revalidation of your personal credentials and payment of
necessary/statutory charges as may apply.
