"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Best Regards,

Hello,

I am Mr.tapsoba ahmed,a worker in one of the prime Banks in burkina faso.

I personally discovered a dormant account worth of $19.3,000.00
(nineteen million three hundred thousand United States Dollars) from
our late customer during our Bank's Annual Account Auditing.

Since the death of the deceased, nobody has operated in this account
till date. Definitely, our Banking code of ethics will confiscate this
fund if it remains dormant for a period of 10 years without no claims.

In this regard, I earnestly need your full cooperation in transferring
this money out of our bank to avoid our bank confiscating this fund.
Our sharing ratio will be 50% for you and 50% for me.

Should you be interested to work with me in this project? Kindly get
back to me with your information.
