"419" Scam – Advance Fee / Fake Lottery Scam

The so-called "419" scam is a type of fraud dominated by criminals from Nigeria and other countries in Africa. Victims of the scam are promised a large amount of money, such as a lottery prize, inheritance, money sitting in some bank account, etc.

Victims never receive this non-existent fortune but are tricked into sending their money to the criminals, who remain anonymous. They hide their real identity and location by using fake names and fake postal addresses as well as communicating via anonymous free email accounts and mobile phones.

Keep in mind that scammers DO NOT use their real names when defrauding people.
The criminals either abuse names of real people or companies or invent names or addresses.
Any real people or companies mentioned below have NO CONNECTION to the scammers!

Subject: Mutual Benefit

Hello,

My name is Helencia Cooks Esq and I am privitage to be one of the
leading international attorneys specializing in litigation law,
private equity, hedge funds and financial services practices.

It may surprise you to receive this letter from me,but please note it
is never sent by error based on the fact that there was no previous
correspondence between us. I will also like to make it clear here
that l know that the internet has been grossly abused by criminal
minded people making it difficult for people with genuine and
legitimate intention to correspond and exchange views without
skepticism.

There are unclaimed funds held by our deceased client who both of you
had the same last name.

The transaction pertains to an unclaimed Funds savings monetary
deposit in the sum of Third Two Million US Dollars ($32 Million) with
one of the prime global Finance Companies here in Turkey. The policy
holder was one of our late clients who is now deceased Engr. Nicholas
Tess of California USA who was a contractor with Ogaden Basin in the
country. On 10 March 2019, the Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft which
operated the flight crashed near the town of Bishoftu six minutes
after takeoff, killing all 157 people aboard.

From the time of her death no one has come forward for the claim and
all our efforts to locate his relatives have proved unsuccessful ever
with the help of our private investigators. The Finance company policy
stipulates that “Funds" NOT claimed must be turned over to the
abandoned property division of the state treasury after the
deadline. At this juncture, I am seeking your consent to be in
partnership with me for the claim of these Funds so that it will not
go into the pocket of top officials. If you permit me, I will file to
the federal high court to add your name to the policy Funds as the
legal beneficiary and all other proceeds will be processed on your
behalf.

I wish to designate 10% of this money to be shared among charity
organizations in your country, 30% for me while the balance remains
yours. My share also will be upon your advice on REAL ESTATE as i
will be coming over to your country on INVITATION LETTER from you.

Haven Agreed, it will interest you that what drives my interest here
is NOT GREED, rather it would make no sense to allow this huge amount
of money to waste when we can take advantage of the situation, and
honestly if we couldn't do this; it will still end up in the private
pockets of corrupt people in government

This is 100% risk free and 100% legal. Note all needful documentation
to expedite the process in a highly professional and confidential
manner will be procured by ME. I will provide all the relevant
documents to substantiate your claim as the beneficiary.

This claim requires a high level of confidentiality and it may take up
to Ten (10) business days, from the date of receipt of your consent.

Your earliest response to this matter would be highly appreciated,

Kind Regards,
Helencia Cooks Esq.
